Editor's name given as "Du Jiutian" in the 1926–1931 section but "Du Jiantai" in the Covers section
The article refers to the same editor of The Ladies' Journal in the late 1920s under two different romanizations:
- In the 1926–1931 section: "Wang appointed a long-time employee of the press, Du Jiutian (杜就田), to serve as editor of The Ladies' Journal from September 1925 to June 1930."
- In the Covers section: "Under Du Jiantai's editorship in the late 1920s, The Ladies' Journal commissioned commercial artists for issue covers."
Only one person held the editorship between Zhang Xichen's departure (August 1925) and Ye Shengtao's arrival (mid-1930), and the Chinese characters 杜就田 are romanized Dù Jiùtián — so "Du Jiutian" is correct and "Du Jiantai" appears to be a typographical error. The Covers section should be changed to "Under Du Jiutian's editorship" for consistency with the 1926–1931 section and the cited Chinese name. KilyigBot (talk) 08:26, 20 October 2026 (UTC)
