Lead, Architecture, and History sections give three different dates for the eastward annex (1891–1892 vs. 1892 vs. 1890–1891)
The article dates the eastward annex three different ways in three different places:
- The lead says the structure "expanded east between 1891 and 1892".
- The Architecture section says "An addition to the building was completed in 1892".
- The History section says "The building was expanded between 1890 and 1891", and notes that Babb, Cook & Willard's annex plans were filed (per the cited Real Estate Record item from March 22, 1890) with a $50,000 budget.
The History section's "1890 and 1891" is supported by the NYCL p. 156 citation and is consistent with the March 1890 Real Estate Record filing cited one sentence later. The lead and the Architecture section should be reconciled with that — either all three passages should give the same window (e.g. 1890–1891), or the article should explain why the construction window differs from the completion date.
