Contradictory dam completion dates: 1968 vs. 1969
The article gives two conflicting dates for when Eagle Creek Dam was completed.
The lead section states: "The park is centered around Eagle Creek Reservoir, which was formed from the construction of the Eagle Creek Dam in 1969."
The History section states: "The dam was completed in 1968, just north of Interstate 74, and the resulting reservoir was filled by 1970."
These two statements cannot both be correct: the dam was either completed in 1968 or 1969. The History section's figure is supported by an inline citation, but the lead's "1969" figure is contradicted by it. One of these dates needs to be verified and corrected.
